“Dotpointly” (“we”, “us”, or “our”) refers to the operator of the Dotpointly service at dotpointly.app.

Dotpointly is currently in early access. If you choose to join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us, and we'll use it only to tell you when access is available. It is never shared or used for anything else.

Once you have an account, we store your practice attempts and marking results so we can determine what to show you next. We do not store images of your working, only transcriptions.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking.

Your account is hosted on Australian servers. However, marking your answers requires sending them to an AI provider, whose servers may be located overseas, including in the United States or Europe. We use AI providers whose stated policies are not to train their models on this data or retain it beyond what is needed to process your request.
